Returns and Refunds Policy

At Zev USB, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process within the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return for most items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

  • You must provide proof of purchase ( order onfirmation or receipt)

  • Returns must be initiated within the 7-day window after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Products not in their original condition or missing parts

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include the following details:

  • Your name and order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions if approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval:

  • First check your bank or contact your payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos and your order details. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
